A	Red-White Valve sells directly to wholesale distributors and select OEM's only and does not sell direct to the public. Please refer to our rep/distributor finder to locate a distributor in your area.

Older valves top
?	I have an old gate/globe valves that is hard to get to and is damaged. Can I replace just the internal components?
A	Unfortunately most of our products have been redesigned over the last 3-5 years and the internal parts are not compatible with older designs.

Returns top
?	I need to return some merchandise, what is the correct process?
A	Please contact your local Red-White Valve representative and they will initiate an RGA process for you.

?	What does "WOG" Stand for?
A	WOG stands for water, oil and gas (gaseous mixes) It does not refer to gasoline, natural gas or propane.
